Simply login to ancestry DNA or 23andme and navigate to their raw data download page. You’ll end up with a zip file, downloaded onto your device. First—because it’s a zip file—you’ll need to unzip it. Your computer should do this automatically. If not, just double click on the file to open it up.
Q: How to convert my file to csv?
When you download your 23andme raw data or ancestry DNA to your computer. File format is usually (file.txt) Click File in Notepad or any other text editor and click Save As. In the File name box, type the name of your file followed by .CSV For example, if you wanted to save a Raw as a CSV, you may type Raw.csv
