Phenocopy LLC is an information technology company. We make products that provide personalized reports containing information on genetic variations that may alter drug metabolism. This product provides only a preliminary analytical result. An independent, clinically validated test must be used in connection with the medical trait in question.

Privacy matters. At no time is your DNA data sold to any external party. We do not claim any ownership rights in your genome and it belongs to you only. By uploading your genome you grant us a temporary, limited, revocable, royalty-free, world-wide license to process and use your genome for the purpose of providing you with the service. When using https://Citochrome.com you are uploading your genome to our central website. All traffic is encrypted via https, and your upload is retained in a well protected location

Third party links. Due to the nature of this service, it contains links to other Internet sites, particularly those of scientific and medical interest. Citochrome.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.

By uploading your Raw Data from a third party source to the Service, you expressly give permission to phenocopy LLC to to charge your credit card for the full price of the purchased product and generate  your personalized report based on your uploaded DNA Data.

I authorize phenocopy to provide me with a personalized report via email by processing my uploaded Raw DNA Data file, based on phenocopy current knowledge.

I authorize phenocopy to charge my credit card/account for the listed price of the purchased product

I will discuss the results with my healthcare provider/genetic counselor if I have any medical or health-related questions or concerns. The information provided in your report is for informational purposes only.

We use your email address to market to you new products and services that we may offer.

Each time you place an order on our site you will be charged One time. A valid credit card number, expiration date and card security code is required for all purchases. If we are unable to charge the full cost of your purchase to the credit card you provide, we may cancel your order or request an alternate form of payment. Our payment processor will collect your credit card information and related personal information for its use in processing your payment for the products or services ordered by you. You understand that the prices for products and services may be changed from time to time, the website will reflect current prices.
